When booking with Through the Looking Glass you agree to the standard cancellation/ no show policy.
In the event of a cancellation a minimum of 48 hours notice on any colour service and 24 hour on any styling service is required.
The cancellation charge is 50% of service booked if cancelled within these times.
No shows will be changed 100% .
